3 chopped cloves of garlic
50 ml oil
1 kg blanched shredded cabbage
300 ml stock
25 ml Oyster Sauce
25 ml Yellow Bean Sauce
1. Golden stir-fry 3 chopped cloves of garlic in 50 ml oil, then add 1 kg blanched shredded cabbage.
2. moisten with 300 ml stock, 25 ml each of Oyster Sauce and Yellow Bean Sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Pour the cooking liquid into a vegetable dish, arrange the cabbage on top and serve.
