2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
a little oil
4 oz (100 g) cod, cooked and flaked
4 oz (100 g) Smoked Herring fillet, cooked, skinned and cut into thin strips
8 oz (225 g) cottage cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley to garnish
1. Saute the sunflower seeds in a little oil.
2. Mix together the cod, Smoked Herring fillets and cottage cheese and use to stuff the potatoes.
