Yogurt with Figs and Passion Fruit

ingredients

serves: 4
2 passion fruit
250 g Greek yogurt
1 tbsp clear honey
4 fresh figs
fresh edible leaves to decorate

method

1. Cut the passion fruit in half, scoop out the seeds and mix with the yogurt and honey.

2. Cut each fig into 8 segments, peeling the fruit first if preferred, then fold all but 8 segments into the yogurt mixture.

3. Spoon the mixture into glass dishes and decorate with the reserved fig segments and fresh leaves.
