125 g (4 oz) Cheshire cheese, grated
1/2 stick (4 Tbsp) 2 oz (50 g) butter, softened
1 small onion, skinned
1 level tsp (5 ml) mustard powder
1 tbsp (15 ml) tomato ketchup
15 ml (2 tbsp) fresh single cream
parsley sprig to garnish
1. In a bowl, beat together the cheese and softened butter with a wooden spoon.
2. Grate in the onion, add the mustard powder, tomato ketchup, fresh cream and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce. Season with a little cayenne pepper and mix well.
3. Put into a serving dish and chill. Garnish with a parsley sprig.
