Bass (Sea) with Vinegar and Mushrooms

ingredients

8 filets of sea bass
1 pound mushrooms, washed, sliced
1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup vinegar
seasonings to taste

method

1. Put all ingredients in a small baking pan.

2. Bake in moderate oven for about 20 minutes. Then serve.
