Tagliatelle with Mushrooms

ingredients

serves 4
3 tbsp olive oil
1 lb (450 g) mushrooms, sliced
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
salt
1 lb (450 g) tagliatelle

method

1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the mushrooms, lemon juice, parsley and salt and cook over a low heat for 15 minutes.

2. Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water, drain and set aside.

3. Add the pasta to the sauce, mix well and heat for a few more minutes.
