300 ml (1/2 pint) whipping cream
150 ml (1/4 pint) natural yogurt
50 g (2 oz) soft brown sugar
50 g (2 oz) muesli
50 g (2 oz) chopped walnuts
1. Whip the cream until it stands in soft peaks.
2. Fold in the yogurt and carefully spoon into individual glass dishes.
3. Sprinkle generously with the sugar, muesli and walnuts. Chill for about 2 hours.
If you are trying to cut down on the fat content of your diet, then simply stir all the ingredients into natural yogurt.
