serves 4 - 6
1 x (1/2 oz/11 g) sachet gelatine dissolved in 4 tbsps boiling water
1 pint (600 ml) orange juice
1 small can evaporated milk, chilled overnight
grated chocolate or toasted flaked almonds
1. Mix the cooled gelatine with the orange juice and allow to stand until just beginning to thicken.
2. Pour the evaporated milk into a chilled bowl and whip until very thick.
3. Continue to whisk while slowly pouring in the jelly. Spoon into glasses and chill until set.
4. Decorate with a little grated chocolate or flaked almonds.
