French Beans with Tomato (Fagiolini di Sant'Anna)

ingredients

3 chopped cloves of garlic
50 ml olive oil
100 g diced tomato flesh
1 kg raw French beans
salt

method

1. Sauté 3 chopped cloves of garlic in 50 ml olive oil, stir in 100 g diced tomato flesh and 1 kg raw French beans.

2. Barely cover with water, season with salt and cook, reducing the liquor to a sauce consistency.

3. Serve dome-shape in a vegetable dish.
