1 lb (450 g) potatoes, cooked and diced
1 apple, red skinned, cored and diced
110 g (4 oz) celery, chopped
110 g (4 oz) onion, finely chopped
1 tsp mustard powder
275 ml (5 fl oz) mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Mix together the potatoes, apple, celery, onion and walnuts.
2. Add the mustard powder to the mayonnaise with the salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Pour over the potato mixture and combine all ingredients.
4. Chill well before serving.
