I was wondering if you could put this is the fridge (so it could go a little stiffer and would be suitable for topping cupcakes. if any one wants to know i have food tech at school so i was wondering.)
many thanks :)

Yep, you can put it in fridge for 2 - 4 hour. Then just re whip it before you start putting it on ur cupcakes. Luv this icing... Put this in between to layers of chocolate cake and then covered the cake in chocolate buttercream icing. Was very good!
