Mint Chutney

ingredients

serves 2-4
50 g (2 oz) fresh mint leaves, washed
50 ml (2 fl oz) lemon juice
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 cm (3/4 in) fresh ginger
2 - 3 fresh green chillies
2.5 g (1/2 tsp) salt
2.5 g (1/2 tsp) sugar

method

Blend or process all the ingredients together until you have a smooth paste.

This chutney can be stored in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for a week.
