2 ripe peaches, skinned, halved and stoned (seeded)
2 tablespoons sherry or brandy (optional)
150 g (5 oz) natural yogurt
cream and/or chopped nuts to decorate
1. Put the peach halves into individual dishes and sprinkle with the sherry or brandy, if using, and a little sugar to taste.
2. Pour over the yogurt.
3. Top with cream and/or chopped nuts.
