Yogurt dressing

This simple dressing can be used instead of mayonnaise for those who prefer a light, refreshing dressing, or for those who are slimming.

ingredients

1 X 141 g (5 oz). carton natural unsweetened yogurt
2 tbsp. spoons olive, corn or nut oil
2 tsp spoons lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp snipped chives

method

1. Put the yogurt in a mixing bowl and stir in the oil and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in snipped chives and transfer to a serving bowl. Refrigerate until required.
