Melon
paper thin slices of Parma or other smoked ham.

method

For each person, serve 3 loosely rolled slices of ham arranged in a line alternately with 7 x 2 cm sticks of firm, ripe, green fleshed melon.

I think that this is a great way of using melon. I think that the recipe would go far. It realy depends who the aduiance is and who they are serving for. If you are serving for an audiance of 18+ then yes. However the recipe is not as easy to understand as it contains items of which I have never seen in my life.
