Caramelised apples

ingredients

2 tbsp caster sugar
2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 orange, juice only
Greek yoghurt, to serve

method

1. Heat the sugar in a non-stick frying pan. As the sugar begins to caramelise add the apples and the orange juice.

2. Toss well to coat, and cook on a moderate heat for 5-7 minutes.

3. Serve with Greek yoghurt.
