garlic
butter

method

Rub tender beef steaks with garlic and shallow fry in butter.

Swill the pan with cream, replace the steaks and serve.

First you would never see a Portuguese recipe without salt and pepper. But the secret to this steak is that we add a little bit of coffee to the cream.
No garlic

Although portuguese cuisine is heavy in the use of garlic - garlic is not used on this steak. Just rock salt and pepper and the cream.

First you would never see a Portuguese recipe without salt and pepper. And we use rock sea salt. Then this steak is not made with garlic
