Barbecued Scallops

ingredients

12 scallops
24 rashers streaky bacon
lemon wedges
bay leaves

method

1. Open And prepare the scallops then cut in half.

2. Wrap each piece of scallop in a rasher of bacon and thread onto a skewer, alternating with wedges of lemon and bay leaves.

3. Cook on the barbecue for about 3 minutes, until the bacon is crisp and brown,
