Horseradish and Beetroot Relish

ingredients

makes 150 g (6 oz)
75 g (3 oz) grated raw beetroot
75 g (3 oz) freshly grated horseradish
salt and pepper to taste

method

1. Mix the ingredients together, cover and chill.

2. Serve with grilled fish, boiled fish and meat dishes.

3. Refrigerated, this relish will keep for about a week.
