15 g (1 tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
175 g (6 oz) evaporated milk
75 g (3 oz) plain chocolate, grated
25 g (1 oz) butter
25 g (1 oz) soft brown sugar
1. Put cocoa and evaporated milk into a pan and whisk well together.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients.
3. Heat gently, stirring until the chocolate, sugar and butter have melted.
4. Do not boil. Serve hot or warm.
