Crispy Pork Knuckle - not Eisbein?
posted by Corlia :-) @ 06:54AM, 1/03/10
Hi, this is like a "normal" roasted / fried leg of pork... If you enjoy proper "Eisbein" a pickled knuckle needs to be used. How do I pickle my own pork knuckle?
