Fresh fruit and mint tea punch

ingredients

makes about 1.1 litre (2 pt).
600 ml (1 pt) boiling water
25 ml (1 1/2 level tbsps) tea
175 g (6 oz) sugar
150 ml (1/4 pt) lemon squash
300 ml (1/2 pt) orange squash
ice cubes
1/2 lemon, sliced
1/2 orange, sliced
50 g (2 oz) strawberries, sliced
mint leaves

method

1. Pour the water on to the tea and allow to infuse for 3 - 5 minutes.

2. Stir, strain into a bowl containing the sugar and stir until this is dissolved.

3. Add the lemon and orange squashes.

4. To serve, pour over the ice cubes in a punch bowl and add the sliced fruit and the mint leaves.
