Cheese Curry

ingredients

serves 3 - 4
2 tbsp (25 g) 1 oz butter
1 medium onion, chopped
2 teaspoons curry powder
3 tbls (25 g) 1 oz flour
1 1/4 cup (1/2 pint) 300 ml stock
25 g (1 oz) sultanas (golden raisins), or 1 tablespoon mixed pickle
8 oz (225 g) Cheddar cheese, cubed

method

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the onion until golden.

2. Add the curry powder and flour and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.

3. Gradually stir in the stock and bring to the boil.

4. Simmer, stirring, until thickened.

5. Stir in the sultanas or pickle, then fold in the cheese.

6. Serve hot with plain boiled rice.

It tasted like cheese and curry. very unique. ive only tasted something like this when i licked my grans arsehole. yum good times
