4 plaice fillets, halved lengthways
1 1/4 cup (1/2 pint) 300 ml milk
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon chutney
1. Roll up the fillet strips.
2. Put the milk in a saucepan, stir in the curry powder and chutney and bring to the boil.
3. Place the fish rolls in the pan and return to the boil. Simmer very gently for 5 minutes or until the fish will flake easily.
4. Serve with boiled rice.
