Homemade Stabilized Yogurt

ingredients

575 ml (1 pt) natural (plain) yogurt
either 1 egg white or 15 ml (1 tbls) cornflour (cornstarch)

method

1. Put the egg white or cornflour (cornstarch) into a saucepan and stir in the yogurt.

2. Put the saucepan on a low heat and stir until the mixture boils.

3. Simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

4. Cool the yogurt and put it into containers for storing.
