Orange or Grapefruit Tuna Pâté

ingredients

200 g (7 oz) canned tuna fish, drained and flaked
grated rind and juice of 1 orange or grapefruit
2 oz (50 g) fresh breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
salt
pepper

method

1. Mix together all the ingredients and turn into a greased 500 g (1 lb) loaf tin.

2. Bake in a preheated moderate oven (180 C/350 F, Gas Mark 4) for 40 minutes.
