3 oz (75 g) cream cheese or flavoured cheese spread
6 stuffed olives, chopped
2 tablespoons cream
1 teaspoon creamed horseradish
8 oz (225 g) cooked ham, thinly sliced
1. Mix together the cheese or cheese spread, olives, cream, horseradish, salt and pepper.
2. Spread on the slices of ham, roll up and secure with cocktail sticks.
3. Chill before serving.
