1 lb (450 g) white cabbage, cored and shredded
8 oz (225 g) cheese, diced
1 medium onion, grated
5 to 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
chopped parsley to garnish
1. Mix together the cabbage, cheese, onion and mayonnaise and pile in a serving dish.
2. Garnish with parsley and chill before serving.
