125 g raspberries
227 g carton curd cheese
2 tbsp clear honey
175 g strawberries, sliced
2 bananas, sliced
300 g smatana
4 strawberries, sliced, to decorate
1. Press the raspberries through a sieve to make a puree. Gradually add the curd cheese and honey and mix until smooth.
2. Place a few strawberry and banana slices in 4 tall glasses, place a spoonful of the raspberry cheese on top, then pour over a spoonful of smatana.
3. Repeat the layers twice more, finishing with smatana. Decorate with sliced strawberries to serve.
