Peach and Nectarine Brulée

ingredients

serves: 4
2 peaches
2 nectarines
500 g (1 lb 2 oz) Greek yogurt with honey
Demerara (raw) sugar

method

1. Preheat a grill to its highest setting

2. Divide the peaches and nectarines between 4 ramekins or a large dish.

3. Top with the yogurt mixed with honey.

4. Sprinkle with the sugar and grill until the sugar is melted and bubbling. Be careful not to burn. Leave to cool.
