Hot Carob Froth

ingredients

serves 2
300 ml hot milk
25 g unsweetened carob or plain chocolate bar, grated
1 tsp (5 ml) spoon clear honey
1/4 ml (pinch) ground cinnamon

method

1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and work together until smooth.

2. Pour into mugs and sprinkle with a little more cinnamon and serve immediately.
