Glazed Pork Spare Ribs

ingredients

serves: 4
12 pork spare ribs
2 tbsp tomato puree (paste)
3 tbsp cider
75 g unrefined molasses
1 tbsp English mustard
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce

method

1. Mix the tomato puree, molasses, mustard, cider, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce together in a bowl.

2. Coat the ribs in the glaze and grill for 15 minutes on each side, basting now and then with extra sauce.
