Sweet & Sour Pork with Egg Noodles

ingredients

serves 1
1 x 125 g sweet and sour sauce noodles
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 pork loin chop, shredded
2 salad onions, finely sliced
1/2 yellow pepper, sliced
2 pineapple rings, chopped

method

1. Cook the noodles following the pack instructions.

2. Meanwhile, in a hot wok pour in the oil and stir-fry the pork for 3 minutes. Add the remaining Ingredients and continue to stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.

3. Finally stir in the sauce, then add the drained noodles. Serve immediately.
