1 tbsp oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
125 g extra- lean mince
1 tsp tomato puree (paste)
2/3 cup (150 ml) 1/4 pt beef stock
1 skinned tomato, chopped
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, and fry the onion and garlic until soft.
2. Add the mince and brown quickly.
3. Add the remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, until thickened.
4. Serve with spaghetti or your favourite pasta.
