German Rye Bread

ingredients

1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
2 1/4 cups (315 g) bread flour
1 1/2 tbsp salt
2 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 cups (230 g) rye flour
1 1/4 cups warm water
1 1/2 tbsp butter
2 1/2 tbsp molasses

method

Place all in bread machine, wet ingredients, the dry, lastly yeast.

Put on rye bread cycle and start.
