Remoulade Sauce

Remoulade sauce works great with cold shellfish and egg dishes.

ingredients

2/3 cup (150 ml) 1/4 pint mayonnaise
1 tsp chopped capers
1 tsp chopped chervil
1 tsp chopped gherkins
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp chopped tarragon
1 tsp chopped onion

method

Mix the finely chopped herbs and vegetables and blend into the mayonnaise.
