Banana and Grape Brulee

ingredients

serves 4
2 bananas
8 oz (225 g) black (Concord) grapes, seeded and halved
2/3 cup (150 ml) 1/4 pt soured cream
2/3 cup (150 ml) 1/4 pt Greek strained yogurt
2 tbsp (25 g) 1 oz light muscovado sugar

method

1. Peel and slice the bananas, then mix with grapes; spoon into 4 ramekins.

2. Mix the soured cream and yogurt and spoon over each.

3. Cover and chill 1 hour.

4. Sprinkle each with a little sugar and grill/broil for about 3 min.
