2 lbs. fresh shark fillets
1/2 cup rich milk
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. basil
1/2 cup (115 g) butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. parsley, diced
1. Wipe fillets with damp cloth.
2. Pour milk into small mixing bowl. Add salt, pepper and basil. Stir well.
3. Dip each fillet in seasoned milk; then in bread crumbs.
4. Arrange in shallow baking dish; pour melted butter on fish.
5. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
