Cranberry Yogurt Crush

ingredients

serves 8
382 g (13 1/2 oz) jar cranberry sauce
1/4 cup (50 g) 2 oz caster sugar (superfine granulated)
450 ml (15 fl oz) natural yogurt

method

1. Stir all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix well.

2. Spoon the mixture into ice-cube trays fitted with square dividers and open freeze. This quantity will fill about three trays.

3. Place the trays in the freezer and leave until frozen.

4. Turn out cranberry cubes and pack in bags, return to the freezer.

5. To serve, thaw slightly, then cut each cube into smaller squares.

6. Pile into small glasses.

7. A thin crisp biscuit makes the perfect accompaniment.
