Curried Turkey Joints

ingredients

serves 4
4 turkey leg joints
1 tsp curry powder
2 tbsp dry mustard powder
2 tsp Worcester sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper

method

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) Gas Mk 4.

2. Remove the skin from the turkey and score the flesh.

3. In a bowl, mix together the curry powder, mustard, Worcester sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

4. Dip each turkey joint into the mixture until well coated, place in a shallow baking dish and cook in the oven until brown and the meat is tender.
