ingredients

serves 4
4 fl oz (120 ml) single cream
8 oz (225 g) Greek yogurt
4 oz (125 g) raspberries
8 ratafias, crushed

to garnish:

fresh mint

method

1. Fold the cream into the yogurt and fold in remaining ingredients.

2. Spoon into glasses or individual serving dishes.

3. Garnish with fresh mint.
