Escoffiers Mayonnaise

ingredients

makes 125 ml
1/2 tsp bottled horseradish cream
125 ml mayonnaise
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp chopped chervil

method

1. Fold the horseradish cream into the mayonnaise, then the chopped parsley and chervil.

2. Leave to stand for 1 hour before serving for the flavours to blend.
