Chiffonade Dressing

ingredients

makes 150 ml
2 hard boiled (cooked) eggs
1/2 small red pepper
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tsp very finely chopped shallot
French dressing

method

1. Chop the eggs and red pepper very finely.

2. Mix with the parsley and shallot, then add enough dressing to give the desired consistency.

3. Use very cold.
