Pasta Salad

ingredients

5 lb (2.3 kg) coloured pasta shapes, cooked and drained
3 lb (1.4 kg) peeled prawns
10 heads broccoli or small cauliflowers, divided in tiny florets, lightly blanched
1 lb (450 g) black olives, stoned and sliced
12 tbsps (180 ml) finely chopped parsley
2 bunches snipped chives

method

Combine all the salad ingredients in large bowls. Pour over some Vinaigrette Dressing.

I wouldnt put any olives in, because if it is left for over an hour before eating it won't have the same fresh taste. Apart from that it is a good recipe.
