1. Break up the jelly into individual cubes' and place in a large bowl.
2. Pour over 400 ml boiling water and stir until the jelly dissolves. Add the apple juice' and whisk thoroughly. Allow to cool then chill in the fridge until the jelly sets (as you have added more liquid than the packet instructions state, the jelly will not set fully. but you don't need it to for this recipe).
3. Once partially set, beat the jelly until you get a slushy mixture and spoon into tumblers, adding pieces of liquorice bootlaces to form worms
