Vegetable and Cheese Pie

ingredients

serves 4
1 lb (450 g) mixed, diced vegetables
4 medium eggs, hard boiled (cooked)
1 1/4 cups (10 fl oz) 300 ml cheese sauce, ready-made
1 lb (450 g) potatoes, mashed
1 tbsp cheese, grated

method

1. Put the vegetables into a"greased pie dish and arrange the quartered hard boiled eggs on top.

2. Pour over the sauce and cover all with the mashed potato.

3. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the potato and bake in the oven Gas mark 5, 375°F (190°C) for about 30 minutes, until nicely browned.
