Hot Ice Cream

ingredients

4 frozen ice cream croissants
7 oz (200 g) fresh or frozen exotic fruit
2 fl oz (4 cl) rum
3 1/2 oz (100 g) natural yoghurt
3 1/2 oz (100 g) chopped walnuts

method

1. Prepare the croissants following the instructions on the packet. Wash, peel and cut the fresh fruit into bite sized pieces. Alternatively, defrost the frozen fruit. Sprinkle the rum on the fruit.

2. Mix the fruit with the natural yoghurt and heat in a pan.

3. Arrange the croissants on plates and add the fruit mixture. Sprinkle with the chopped walnuts and serve
