1. Put the mango pulp, lemon juice, honey, spices, orange juice and water into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Put 2 or 3 ice cubes each into 4 glasses and divide the mango juice equally between them.
3. If using the fresh ginger, put this into a garlic crusher and squeeze a few drops of ginger into each glass.
4. Decorate with a slice of orange on the rim of each glass and serve.
