13 oz (400 g) gnocchi from the packet
13 oz (400 g) goat's cheese
3 tbsp olive oil
13 oz (400 g) chopped tomatoes
1 tsp dried thyme
1/4 pint (125 ml) red wine
herbs for decoration
1. Cook the gnocchi following the instructions on the packet. Dice the goat's cheese. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the goat's cheese and chopped tomatoes.
2. Season everything with salt, pepper and thyme. After approximately 2 minute: add the red wine and leave to simmer on a low flame for about 4 to 5 minutes.
3. Drain the gnocchi using a colander and arrange together with the sauce on plates. Decorate with herbs and serve.
