Chow Barg Choy

ingredients

4 - 6 servings
2 Tbs Vegetable oil
1 Garlic clove, crushed
700 g (1 1/2 lb) Chinese cabbage, shredded
75 ml (3 fl oz) 3/8 cup Water
2 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Flour
1/2 tsp Sugar

method

1. Heat the oil in a large frying-pan. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the cabbage and cook for 6 minutes, stirring.

2. Mix the water, soy sauce and flour together to form a smooth paste. Stir in the sugar then stir into the pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.

3. Serve at once.
